CUniq 5G權益是中國聯通攜手十多家內地互聯網頭部企業及大灣區知名企業為5G客戶提供的一項通訊服務外的附加服務⑽。該服務覆蓋範圍包括內地和香港，涉及客戶生活場景下各類優惠特權，為尊貴客戶帶來5G網路下的無限精彩體驗。

收費：服務計劃合約期內免費贈送

領取方式：通過MyCUniq APP->購物->5G用戶權益領取。

5G權益內容：以網頁https://qy.cuniq.com/mobile-h5/international/getVip.html公佈爲準。請留意5G權益內容或服務使用的區域範圍。部分視頻、音頻類內容，受版權限制，僅限在內地並通過當地IP地址的網絡觀看或訪問，以權益提供方系統實際情況為準。

CUniq 5G權益條款細則：

1.CUniq 5G權益為中國聯通（香港）運營有限公司（「聯通香港」）為指定5G月費計劃新上台客戶並簽訂最少24個月固定合約提供的優惠活動（「本推廣」或「5G權益」）。本推廣有效期由即日起截止至2023年6月30日（「推廣期」）。

2.本推廣只適用於聯通香港自有門市及聯通香港網站發展的指定5G服務計劃。如服務計劃包含多張SIM卡，只限主卡領取。

3.5G權益優惠不可以和其他同類優惠一同使用。

4.在推廣期內新上台並簽訂最少24個月固定合約的指定服務計劃的客戶，僅可於該指定服務計劃的合約期內領取5G權益。

5.5G權益含特選權益及自選權益，客戶需主動領取。若客戶賬戶狀態不正常無法領取權益。

6.自選權益需在每個自然月領取，客戶可以在多個自選權益當中選擇其中任何1個或2個，一旦領取後不可更換。當月不領取視為主動放棄，當月未領取的權益不可累積到下月領取。

7.客戶在網頁領取自選權益後，需要在領取後的30日內兌換，有關兌換方式以網頁公佈爲準，客戶兌換後需在各權益有效期內使用。

8.5G特選權益及自選權益的種類及品牌將不定期進行更新，以網頁https://qy.cuniq.com/mobile-h5/international/getVip.html公佈為準。

9.每項具體權益內容或服務有指定使用的區域範圍，部分視頻、音頻類內容，受版權限制，僅限在內地並通過當地IP地址的網絡觀看或訪問，以權益提供方系統實際情況為準。權益內容可能會因權益提供方商業模式、業務形態、系統及技術等變化而進行調整及變更而不做提前通知，以權益提供方網頁公佈為準。聯通香港不能保證5G權益服務的實際效果。客戶如有疑問，請直接向權益提供方查詢。

10.5G權益的產品/服務由權益提供方直接提供，聯通香港不會對任何非聯通香港的產品/服務（「非聯通產品/服務」）的品質作出任何保證，不會就任何非聯通產品/服務的任何方面承擔任何責任，亦不會就客戶或任何其他人因任何非聯通產品/服務引致的任何損失而承擔任何責任。如對5G權益的產品/服務有任何爭議，權益提供方及中國聯通（香港）運營有限公司將保留最終解釋權和決定權。

11.聯通香港有權隨時終止本推廣或更改本推廣之條款及細則而無須給予事先通知，如有任何爭議， 中國聯通（香港）運營有限公司保留最終決定權及最終解釋權。

Introduction of CUniq 5G Privilege

CUniq 5G Privilege is an extra non-telecommunications service⑽ provided to our 5G customers by China Unicom in collaboration with dozens of Mainland internet titans and renowned enterprises in Greater Bay Area. The service coverages include Mainland and Hong Kong, in which the service provides various preferential privileges and benefits to customers in their daily lives. We expect that these privileges would bring to our customers infinite enjoyment of 5G network experience.

Some services such as video or audio are restricted to watch or access in Mainland through local IP address only due to copyright restrictions, which shall be subject to the system settings of the third party service providers.

CUniq 5G Privileges Terms and Conditions:

1、CUniq 5G Privileges are special offers provided by China Unicom (Hong Kong) Operations Limited (“China Unicom Hong Kong”) to its designated new subscribers of 5G Monthly Plans with a fixed term contract period of at least 24 months ("Promotion” or “5G Privileges”). The Promotion is valid from now till 30th June 2023 ("Promotion Period”).

2、This Promotion is applicable to the designated 5G service plans ("Designated Service Plan”) registered through China Unicom Hong Kong’s retail store or online store. If the service plan contains more than one SIM card, 5G Privileges can only be collected by the Main SIM card holder.

3、Customer who has subscribed the Designated Service Plan with at least 24 months fixed contract term within the Promotion Period can only collect the 5G Privileges within the contract period of such Designated Service Plan.

4、5G Privileges include Special Privileges and Self-Selected Privileges, and customer has to collect those 5G Privileges by themselves. If customer’s account status is abnormal, the 5G privileges could not be collected.

5、The Self-Selected Privileges have to be collected in each calendar month and customer could choose one or two privileges from the Self-Selected Privileges. Once selected, the selected privilege cannot be exchanged for other privileges during that month. If customer does not collect the privilege within this month, customer will be deemed to have waived his/her right to collect the privilege. The uncollected privilege in this month cannot be accumulated to the next month.

6、Customer has to redeem the Self-Selected Privileges within 30 days after the date of collection from the website. The redemption method shall be subject to the website contents. Once redeemed, customer has to use the privileges within their each specified validity period.

7、5G Privileges offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers.

8、The categories and brands of the 5G Special Privileges and Self-Selected Privileges will be updated from time to time. Please refer to our website https://qy.cuniq.com/mobile-h5/international/getVip.html for details.

9、The contents or service of each 5G Privileges are subject to designated coverage. Some services such as video or audio are restricted to watch or access in Mainland through local IP address only due to copyright restrictions, which shall be subject to the system settings of the third party service providers. The privilege content may be adjusted and updated from time to time without prior notice due to various factors such as change of business models, business forms, system and technical settings of the third party service providers. Please refer to the website of third party service providers for details. China Unicom Hong Kong gives no warranty as to the actual effect of the services provided under 5G Privileges. For any enquiries, please directly contact the third party service providers for details.

10、The products/services under 5G Privileges are provided by the third party service providers. China Unicom Hong Kong will not give any warranty as to the quality of products/services not provided by China Unicom Hong Kong. China Unicom Hong Kong will not be liable for whatever arising from products/services not provided by China Unicom Hong Kong, nor will be liable for and against any loss incurred by customer or any other person arising from any products/services not provided by China Unicom Hong Kong. In case of disputes in relation to products/service of 5G Privilege, both the third party service provider and China Unicom (Hong Kong) Operations Limited reserve the right of final decision and interpretation.

11、China Unicom Hong Kong may terminate this Promotion or amend these terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, China Unicom (Hong Kong) Operations Limited reserves the right of final decision and interpretation.
